This is basically my everyday 1. Drink greens 2. Prep my 50oz. with electrolytes 3. Take my prenatal vitamin (not pregnant) 4. Drink my protein 5. If i do eat i have a high protein lunch (I eat the yellowstone. meals from walmart with kimchi 6. I try to finish my water after or for lunch 7. For dinner I eat whatever my stomach wants but low calorie 8. I have a protein bar for dessert 10. At this point I should have drank at least 80oz. Of water
